DIY Bookmarks a Fun Actuvity for Kids and Adults

Image
Today I have a fun craft for everyone that you can do with things from around the house. This is a very very simple DIY/craft you can do when you feel creative We are making our own bookmarks. In order to make the bookmarks you can either repurpose old things from around the house or use any craft supplies you have. For this craft you’ll need: 1. A piece of cardboard or an old notebook with hard covers. 2. Glue  3. Scissors  4. Ruler or something to draw straight lines with. 5. Pencil  6. Stickers or newspaper scraps to decorate with. 7. A big book  Now let’s get into the steps: 1. Gather the things you will need. 2. Measure how long you want your bookmarks, I made two  sizes one 15x5 cm and one 14x4 cm, those are great sizes but honestly you can kind of eyeball it and make it however long you want it. 3. If you are making a cardboard one you probably only need one piece depending on the thickness, if you are using notebook covers I suggest using two both so you can

January Bullet Journal Set Up

Hey guys how are you doing? Today I will be sharing with you my January bullet journal set up and all my spreads.

This month’s theme in black and white and quite simple, perfect for a minimalist look.

On the left I did a collage type spread, from this you would think it’s Beatles themed but the reason this spread exists is because I had a magazine that was dedicated to Beatles that had a lot of black and white photography in it so it fit. Now the problem here is that I didn’t have glue and glued these with tape which didn’t really come out very nice but it’s okay.  On the right side we have a simple cover page with a little calendar.

On the left a simple calendar a little different from what I am used to but it worked out fine. On the right we have a new spread for me, I split the page in half and created a goals portion and a master to do list portion that I can use throughout the month.

These are my classic where I’m at and notes spreads.

Continuing with classics here we have my gratitude log on the left and on the right my experiences and mood tracker. I kinda shit the bed on the mood tracker, I tried this format but wasn’t really sure how to do it so it came out like this but overall not that bad.

And lastly we have my habit trackers. Now here I will try a new format this year where I will also track my yearly goals. For my goals this year in order to make them measurable I set weekly goals e.g. workout 2-3 times a week, so every time I workout 2 or 3 times a week I will check that week, this way I can track my goals easily. On the left I have the first week of the new month and I also took a picture to show you how my weeks usually look.

That was all kiddos see you in a few days with a new post hope you’re doing well and life is treating you well.
