DIY Bookmarks a Fun Actuvity for Kids and Adults

Image
Today I have a fun craft for everyone that you can do with things from around the house. This is a very very simple DIY/craft you can do when you feel creative We are making our own bookmarks. In order to make the bookmarks you can either repurpose old things from around the house or use any craft supplies you have. For this craft you’ll need: 1. A piece of cardboard or an old notebook with hard covers. 2. Glue  3. Scissors  4. Ruler or something to draw straight lines with. 5. Pencil  6. Stickers or newspaper scraps to decorate with. 7. A big book  Now let’s get into the steps: 1. Gather the things you will need. 2. Measure how long you want your bookmarks, I made two  sizes one 15x5 cm and one 14x4 cm, those are great sizes but honestly you can kind of eyeball it and make it however long you want it. 3. If you are making a cardboard one you probably only need one piece depending on the thickness, if you are using notebook covers I suggest using two both so you can

Ideas for a Productive Morning Routine

Image
Hey guys today I am sharing with you my morning routine and how I start my day. Obviously again I don’t follow this exact routine everyday but when I have the time and energy I do this whole routine. In the start of the year I went through a self-improvement whim and decided to implement a lot of healthy habits in my day to day life my morning and night routine is mainly how I decided to do that. Night routine coming so stay tuned. Here we go. Wake up Every day I try to wake up at around 8 am. Drink water The moment I wake up I try to drink some water to rehydrate after the many hours of sleep, that’s why I keep a bottle of water on my nightstand. Meditate  After I get up I like meditating for about 5 minutes to give me some time to wake up and ground myself before going out into the world. Otherwise I like to do a breathing exercise to wake me up. Open windows  After all this I get up and open my windows to refresh the air in my room. Skincare routine Then I do my skincare routine, po

Spotify Playlist for March

Image
Hey guys back at it again. On Friday I posted kind of a journal page honestly but now I am back to my usual. Today I have an other Spotify palylist for y'all. If you search it on spotify it says March and April  that's because I just started making it and I will continue adding songs. So this month I 've been obsessed with Ru Pual's Drag Race, I had never watched it before and I started with season 7 beacause I found Trixie Mattel on Youtube, so that's why there are a lot of her songs on this playlist. I love the vibes in her songs and that's why I listen to them. Other artist on the playlist are The Weekend, Megan Thee Stalion and blackbear. The vibes in this playlist are quite mixed we deffintnly have some sad boy hour vibes, I am happy to be here vibes but also bad b*tch vibes. You know that's just how life is sometimes a beautifull mix of sadness, happiness and feeling like a boss. Some of my favorite songs on the playlist are (with links): dirty laundry

Being in the brim of Covid

As a 19-yearold it's hard to comprehend all the time lost during this pandemic. It's an endless grief period where there is hope that it will end but never seems to. A person in the few people I meet was tested positive for Covid. The people I sometimes meet are divided in two groups and unfortunately I was the connecting link between the two groups. Obviously all the blame doesn't fall on me since everyone knew and some of them met with other people two.  It just happened to be me who had connected the two groups. Since I found out about all this I am filled with guilt about all the pain I might cause. From the day we found out everybody self-quarantined and have been extremely careful, in order to minimize the effect all this might have on our families.  I can't tell you that since the start of the quarantine I have been doing it right, of course there have been months at a time where I didn't see anyone besides my family but also there have been times where I wen
